We are currently underway on a 500,000 square foot expansion of the Shaw T1 Plant in Adairsville, GA.
Shaw Industries - RP Plant
The Shaw RP plant produces LVT, or Luxury Vinyl Tile, for the Shaw Industries group. Located just down the road in Riggold, GA, we completed the tower section of the facility in 2017 totaling at 92,800 square feet.
Shaw Industries - WM Plant
This extrusion facility was completed in 2017 for Shaw Industries and houses the machinery and manpower that makes over 20% of the fibers used by Shaw to make carpets, carpet tiles, rugs, and more. Some of the specific uses of these fibers are those found in the floorboards of your favorite vehicles!
Amazon MGE3
At the Amazon MGE3 Distribution Facility in Adairsville, GA we completed a complete parking lot renovation including new traffic routes, entrance modifications, saftey, and the addition of a new drainage system tying the existing downspouts to an underground storm-water system to eliminate standing water in the parking area.
Shaw Plant 65 - Andalusia, Alabama Tilter Building
Chattem/Sanofi
We completed this 81,000 square foot, two story manufacturing addition for Chattem/Sanofi at their Broad Street location in 2010. In addition to the precast structure, we also constructed a parking lot as well as completed renovations in over 20,000 square feet of Lab space in the existing structure.
